Kim Terrell - CEO 
 Kim leads our property management team with over 25 years experience in multifamily starting here in Houston with Harold Farb Investments. Her experience covers leasing, property management and accounting roles supervising over 1800 units with management companies and directly for private owners. She has owned and operated several businesses and has degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. Kim has also been a guest speaker at the Realty Investment Club of Houston multifamily focus group.
 

Nathan Dennis - Broker
 Nathan leads our Real Estate team with an extensive amount of investment real estate knowledge and over 30 years of experience in the Houston market. Nathan has a proven track record as a successful broker and owner of both Real Estate and property management companys over the last 15 years.
 

Byron Terrell - COO 
 Responsibilities over daily operations along with property maintenance and rehabilitation project management. His career spans over 25 years in commercial, industrial, multifamily maintenance, build outs and construction projects. He entered the Houston apartment industry with Harold Farb Investments as Director of HVAC Services with a Texas Class A mechanical license covering a 28 property multifamily and commercial portfolio. He has since been a principal in a General Contractor business with experience in commercial and residential construction.
