Kim Terrell – CEO

Kim leads our property management team with over 25 years experience in multifamily starting in Houston with Harold Farb Investments. Her experience covers leasing, management, marketing and  supervising 1800 units with management companies and directly for private investors. Before founding Texas Property Systems in 2006 she held the position of Controller for a Houston RE Investment firm covering nine corporations, three represented multifamily assets in which her role included area supervisor responsibilities. Kim has been an invited guest speaker at the Realty Investment Club of Houston multifamily focus group covering topics on property management and distressed property rehabilitation.

Nathan Dennis - Broker

Nathan is our broker and leads our Real Estate team with an extensive amount of investment real estate knowledge and over 30 years of experience in the Houston market. Nathan has a proven track record as a successful broker and owner of both Real Estate and Property Management companies over the last 15 years.

Byron Terrell – COO

Byron has responsibilities over daily operations including property maintenance and rehabilitation project management. His career spans over 25 years in commercial, industrial and multifamily construction projects and maintenance. Byron gained valuable experience as an engineer then chief engineer over 3 mid rise assets with Property Management Systems Inc. He joined Harold Farb Investments as Director of HVAC Services and state licensee covering a 28 property multifamily portfolio in addition to 3 commercial assets. He has since owned and operated a General Contractor company dealing primarily with commercial and multifamily rehabilitation & construction for clients.

Margaret Sanchez – Realtor, Consultant

Margaret has 12 years experience in the acquisition and sale of single family, multifamily and commercial property. She has a successful record of specializing in investment Real Estate for clients as well as family home buyers. Margaret is fluent in English and Spanish and has years of on site leasing and Property Management experience in both multifamily and commercial.
